What helps support answer fast?

• Which product: a residential plan, or a dedicated 4G/5G port in Japan or South Korea.
• For a payment: the top-up ID from the payment page, the coin, the network, the amount and the time you sent it.
• The username settings you used, for example country-kr-session-a1-ttl-30, without your password.
• What you saw: the HTTP status or error text (a 407 means the username or password was refused) and when, in JST, KST or UTC.

Do not send your password or account number by email. Most connection questions are answered in the setup guide.

What do we need to act on an abuse report?

Send it to [email protected] with:

• the JapanProxies IP address you saw;
• when it happened, with the time zone (JST, KST, UTC or your own);
• the host or URL that was targeted, and what happened;
• log lines or request headers that show the traffic;
• how to reach you, and your organisation if you have one.

Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. Accounts that break the acceptable use policy are suspended or closed. Site owners, network operators and security teams can all write to this address.

I lost my account number. Can support help?

If your account has an email address, write to [email protected] from it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. Keep your account number in a password manager, and consider adding an email address.
