Quick answer
What are the main terms of JapanProxies?
JapanProxies sells residential proxies in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong, and dedicated 4G/5G ports in Japan and South Korea, to account-number accounts, with no KYC and payment in crypto. Prices are in US dollars. Prepaid residential traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them. Refunds follow the refund policy, use follows the acceptable use policy, and abuse leads to closure without refund. The service is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware LLC (USA).
1. Who we are and when these terms apply
These terms govern the JapanProxies website at https://japanproxies.com, the client area and the proxy service. "We" means ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States, which operates JapanProxies; "you" means the account holder. The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. By buying or using the service you accept these terms, the acceptable use policy and the refund policy.
2. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract where you live. You must not use the service where the law forbids it. The service must not be used from mainland China, North Korea or countries under comprehensive sanctions, as set out in the acceptable use policy. You buy for your own use or your organisation's use, not for resale, unless we agree in writing.
3. The service
We provide:
- residential proxies billed per GB, with exit IPs in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Targeting: Country and city targeting on every plan; ASN targeting at no extra cost. City availability varies;
- dedicated 4G/5G ports in Japan and South Korea, billed per period.
Bandwidth comes from established partner networks, described on the sourcing page. Exit IPs belong to home and carrier connections and change over time. We do not promise a specific IP, a number of IPs, an IP in a given city or network at every moment, or stock in every country.
4. Your account
Account-number login; email is optional. No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy. Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. Your account number works like a password: keep it secret and store it safely. You are responsible for all use of your account, credentials and sub-users. We never ask for your account number by email or chat.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. Payment is in crypto only: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. You top up a balance (minimum $25) and buy plans from it.
- Send the exact amount on the network shown on the payment page.
- You pay the network fees of your own transfer.
- Funds sent on another network, or after the payment request has expired, may not be recoverable.
- Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not paid back, except where the law requires it.
- Price changes apply to new purchases, not to plans already bought.
6. Delivery, traffic and ports
Credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as you buy a plan from your confirmed crypto balance. Prepaid residential traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them. Unused traffic is lost if you delete your account or if it is closed for a breach of these terms. If we stop selling a product, we give at least 30 days' notice to use the remaining traffic or move its value to another product. Usage counts all data sent and received through the proxy (upload and download, headers included). 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Connection attempts that fail before reaching the target are not counted. A dedicated port runs for the period you bought: 1 day, 7 days or 30 days. Unlimited data on your dedicated port, under fair use: the carrier may slow or pause very heavy use. One customer per modem, no resale. We may limit traffic patterns that harm partner networks or other customers, such as floods of failed requests.
7. Refunds
Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it. Crypto payments cannot be reversed, so the refund policy is the only route for a refund.
8. Acceptable use
The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. These targets are blocked on every product: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587. You must not try to get around them, and you are responsible for the traffic sent with your credentials.
9. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, or to protect partner networks, customers or third parties. We may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation. The service is not available in countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions. Accounts closed for abuse receive no refund. You may stop using the service at any time; balances are not paid back, except as the refund policy or the law requires.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or a specific uptime. Maintenance, partner network changes and events outside our control can interrupt it; incidents are listed on the status page. We may change, add or remove features, countries or plans; plans already bought keep their traffic or port time.
11. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that a site will accept an IP, that a geolocation database will place an IP where you expect, or that a page will look the same on every check. You are responsible for how you use any information you see or collect through the service.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan the claim concerns. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from third-party claims caused by your breach of these terms or of the acceptable use policy, or by unlawful use of the service.
14. Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. We may update them; the date at the top shows the current version, and changes apply from that date to new purchases and continued use. Important changes are listed in the changelog.
