No KYC means you should check us, not the other way round. Here is who runs the service, exactly what you see when you pay, what protects you, and what we do not do.

## What happens when you pay?

Every step happens on japanproxies.com. Nothing is arranged by chat.

1. **Checkout shows the total and the seller** — You pick a plan and a coin. The order summary shows the plan price, the $25 minimum top-up, what stays on your balance and the seller, ProxyGoat LLC.
2. **You get an account number** — No sign-up form: a 16-digit account number is created for you at checkout. It is your login, so save it (copy or download it). Adding an email is optional and lets you recover the number.
3. **The payment page shows the exact amount** — QR code, exact amount in your coin, the address for the network you chose, its first and last six characters to check after pasting, and a 30-minute rate lock.
4. **The top-up is credited after confirmations** — Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the top-up is credited to your balance in US dollars, and the plan you chose is then bought from it.
5. **Your proxies appear in the dashboard** — Credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as you buy a plan from your confirmed crypto balance. The proxy generator builds the list with -country-jp, kr, tw or hk in each username.

## What protects you if something goes wrong?

- **Plan refunds.** Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it. The [refund policy](https://japanproxies.com/refunds/) explains how to ask.
- **Balance.** What you do not spend stays available for any later plan. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not paid back, except where the law requires it.
- **A reference on every payment.** The payment page shows a top-up ID. Write to support@japanproxies.com with it, the coin, the network and the time you sent the payment. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.
- **Warnings before you send.** Crypto payments cannot be reversed by a chargeback, and funds sent on another network or in another coin cannot be recovered. The payment page says so next to the address.
- **Rules for everyone.** Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension, which keeps the network usable for legitimate customers.

## What does JapanProxies not do?

- **No request for your account number** by email or chat: it is your login, and you type it only on japanproxies.com/app/.
- **No support on Telegram, WhatsApp, LINE or KakaoTalk.** JapanProxies support works by email, from support@japanproxies.com. Someone who contacts you there in our name is not us.
- **No payment address by email or chat.** Deposit addresses appear only on the payment page of the client area, at japanproxies.com/app/. If anyone sends you an address, do not pay it and write to support@japanproxies.com.
- **No ID, selfie or documents** to open an account or buy a plan. No KYC.
- **No reviews, ratings or customer counts we cannot verify.** You will not find testimonials, star ratings or invented network sizes on this site.

## How do I spot a fake JapanProxies?

Check three things before you pay:

1. **The address bar** says japanproxies.com, and the client area is japanproxies.com/app/.
2. **Support replies** come from support@japanproxies.com.
3. **The payment page** names the seller, ProxyGoat LLC, and shows the amount, the address, a top-up ID and the rate lock on screen.

If a site, a message or a social media account claims to be JapanProxies and does not pass these checks, it is not us. Report it to abuse@japanproxies.com.

## How can I test JapanProxies with little risk?

Top up the $25 minimum, buy 1 GB for $2.62, and test your own targets in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan or Hong Kong. The rest of the top-up stays on your balance and never expires. Questions before you pay are welcome at support@japanproxies.com: ask anything about targeting, sessions or payment, and you get an answer from a person.

## Trust questions

### Is JapanProxies a scam?

JapanProxies is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware LLC, whose team has been in the proxy business since 2019. Its prices, rules, refunds and sourcing are public, the seller is named on every order, and you can test with a $25 top-up. Check the address bar and the payment page before you pay.

### Why are there no customer reviews on the site?

Because we will not publish reviews, ratings or counts we cannot verify. We would rather show you the real payment page, the rules and the company behind the service, and let you test with a small top-up.

### Can I pay by card for buyer protection?

JapanProxies accepts crypto only: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. Crypto payments cannot be charged back, so the [refund policy](https://japanproxies.com/refunds/) is the way to get a plan credited back. Start small if you want to limit your risk.

### My payment is not credited. What should I do?

Check that you sent the exact amount on the network shown, and that the network has confirmed it. Then write to support@japanproxies.com with the top-up ID from the payment page, the coin, the network and the time you sent it — never your account number. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.

### Who can I contact before buying?

Write to support@japanproxies.com. Pre-sales questions about Japan, South Korea, Taiwan or Hong Kong, targeting, sessions or payment are answered by a person. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.
