No ID, no selfie, no documents, and an account number instead of a profile. What that means, what we still keep, and the rules that make it work.

**Quick answer — Can I buy Japan residential proxies without KYC?**

**JapanProxies** sells residential IPs in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong with no KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. You sign in with an account number, email is optional, and you pay in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC from a $25 top-up. 1 GB costs $2.62 (October 2026). Use is governed by our acceptable use policy, and banking, government and payment portals are blocked.

We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy. |

## What does "no KYC" mean here?

KYC ("know your customer") is a check of who you are: a passport or ID card, sometimes a selfie, sometimes company documents. JapanProxies does not run that check. You get an account number at sign-up and use it to log in, add an email only if you want receipts by email, and pay in crypto.

No KYC is about privacy and speed. A marketing agency checking a client's rankings in Japan, or a developer testing a Korean version of an app, should not need to upload a passport to do it.

## What do you still know about me?

We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy.

Crypto payments are recorded on public blockchains, and your exchange may know who you are under its own rules. No KYC on our side does not hide your payment from your exchange or from the law. The [privacy policy](https://japanproxies.com/privacy/) lists every item we keep and why; durations are given where they are fixed.

## How do you keep a no-KYC service legitimate?

- **Rules.** Our [acceptable use policy](https://japanproxies.com/acceptable-use/) lists what is allowed and what is not: fraud, spam, attacks, unauthorized access and collection of personal data without a legal basis are forbidden.
- **Blocks.** Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked for every customer.
- **Abuse reports.** Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. Reports go to abuse@japanproxies.com.
- **Excluded places.** The service must not be used from mainland China, North Korea or countries under comprehensive sanctions.

## No-KYC questions

### Does no KYC mean nobody can know who I am?

No KYC does not mean nobody can know who you are. A proxy changes the IP address that websites see. Your payments are on a public blockchain, your exchange knows its customers, and we keep the records listed in the privacy policy. No KYC means we do not collect your identity documents.

### Why don't you ask for ID?

Because the service does not need your identity to work: an account, a balance and traffic are enough. Collecting fewer documents also means fewer documents to protect.

### Can a company buy without KYC?

Yes. Companies and individuals buy the same way, with an account number and crypto. If your company needs to know the seller, ProxyGoat LLC is named at checkout and on every receipt.

### Can you refuse or close an account?

Yes. We suspend or close accounts that break the acceptable use policy, after reviewing the reports. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension.

### Do Korean or Japanese exchanges need my ID to pay you?

They apply their own identity and travel-rule checks to your account. That is between you and your exchange; JapanProxies does not receive your documents. See [paying with crypto from East Asia](https://japanproxies.com/pay-with-crypto/).
